If you wish to add more items to your shopping cart, then click "Continue Shopping"
When you have finished shopping, click either the "Proceed to Shipping and Billing", or "Checkout" option at the top of the web page
If your order states that it requires "special shipping", the gallery will contact you directly with further instructions for the separate payment of the shipping costs.
Please note: Direct payment through our secure web site doesn't allow our gallery to access your credit card information, which means that we may ask for your credit card details separately for "special shipping" purposes only.
Reserve for Purchase
You may choose to reserve an item in consideration of purchase by clicking the "Reserve for Purchase" button (instead of Add to Shopping Cart). This allows you the opportunity to contact our gallery with any inquiries prior to purchase and it will ensure the item continues to be on hold while you are communicating with us.
If you should find an item already on "Reserve" that is of interest to you, please contact us directly at email@example.com and we can provide you with the status of the piece and whether it will become available for purchase again, or if the sale is in progress with a buyer.
To expedite shipping arrangements, please provide us with your contact details including contact number and full shipping and/or billing address(es) including postal/zip code.

Coastal Peoples is not a purely web-based company as we have a prime downtown gallery location. We do our best to update our web gallery as soon as a piece is sold, but cannot guarantee a piece is available until we have confirmed your order.
How to pay
Major credit cards are accepted (VISA, Mastercard and AMEX) and we accept debit cards in person at the gallery. If you live outside of Canada, your credit card will be billed in your local currency using an exchange rate at your card company's discretion.
For online purchasesthrough our web site, please note that we accept only VISA or Mastercard at this time, and AMEX is accepted via telephone, email or in person. Debit Cards are accepted in-gallery only.
We also accept payment via wire transfer, e-transfer, and by personal or certified cheque (these purchases take additional time for the funds to be cleared through the bank). If you wish to pay using these methods, let us know when you confirm your purchase and we will provide you with the applicable details.
Layaway is an optional service offered by the Gallery - contact us for complete details at 604.684.9222 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The gallery ships worldwide and is pleased to provide shipping quotes on any items upon request, and can recommend the best method of professional packaging and delivery.
All art works are handcrafted and of a very high standard. They are in pristine condition. Our collection is chosen with great deliberation and we endeavour to provide a selection that is diverse and authentic.
Each artwork is accompanied by: • a biography of the artist • a write-up of the crest figure(s) • written story on specific pieces (when available) • details about the authentic nature or style of First Nations and/or Inuit art • upon special request, a Certificate of Authenticity and/or Appraisal, with details of the piece and guaranteeing it to be a genuine work of contemporary First Nations art can be provided
Coastal Peoples has taken great care to present works of art online as close to the actual piece as possible although photography rarely does justice to the pieces, so please anticipate a better than digital experience when it arrives at your home.
Fair Trade - since the artists set their own pricing based on reputation and demand for their work and the majority of the collection is owned by the Gallery, this ensures your support goes directly into the First Nations community and the art form will continue to flourish for many generations to come.
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars and do not include local taxes. Taxes are exempt when shipping outside of Canada. For more details on taxes across Canada when shipping, please contact us.
